Welcome to Caritas Home Care. We are a division of the Caritas Christi Health Care System. We serve 108 communities in Eastern Massachusetts, ranging geographically from Methuen in the north , Westport in the south, Ashland in the west and Hingham in the east.

Additionally, we serve 4 communities in southern New Hampshire. These include, Atkinson, Pelham, Salem and Windham.

Home care is individualized health care and support services provided to patients and their families in the privacy of their own homes.Patients can receive the quality care they need in familiar and comfortable surroundings.

We provide care and services to patients of all ages who may need home health care because they:

• Are recovering from illness or surgery
• Require dressing changes, wound Treatment or ostomy care
• Have diabetes, arthritis, respiratory conditions or cardiac disease
• Require IV therapy for antibiotic medications
• Seek maternal-infant or child health services
• Have a mental illness
• Suffer from a terminal illness or are aging in place and need assistance with everyday tasks.

Our staff can also make arrangements for needed medical supplies and equipment, as well as serve as a resource for information about available community services.

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate home health care. Our staff understands that our patients' social and spiritual needs are as important as their physical needs.
